We hand your products over to the deliverer within 48h (48h for DesignSkins®) after your payment was registered. Our products are shipped by GLS, DHL or the Deutsche Post. Unfortunately, we have no influence on the shipping times.
We're convinced of the quality of our products. For us it is of great interest that you are 100% satisfied with your order - just as thousands of other customers already are. Our products are custom-fit which means that every product is produced exclusively for the customer.
In case you are, nevertheless, unhappy with your product, let us know. We will send you a replacement or refund your money. Just as you like. We take your criticism and suggestions very seriously and use the information to constantly improve our service.
Our customer service is available by phone from 8 AM to 6 PM monday to friday, on saturdays from 8 AM to 3 PM (except bank holidays).
